As a woman you want to live a full life. Sometimes it can be difficult. We get into trouble:

• after trauma
• when our expectations fail
• when your lifestyle is wrong

• if you are being abused or broken down
• your thinking is self-destructive

God first created the man and then the woman. He was happy with her.

Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.
